Did You Know?
The federal government awarded $154.2 billion dollars in federal prime contracts with with an increase of $72 billion in subcontracting to small businesses in 2022.
Some 27.2 percent of total federal contracting funds went to small businesses.
Some 5% of all federal contracting awards are designated to be awarded to 8(a) firms annually.
Some 5% of government contracting is geared to be awarded to women-owned businesses (WOSB).
In partnership with The Enterprise Center, the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership offers access to local, state, and federal small business assistance programs.
