We envision a reality where all entrepreneurs have the same opportunity to succeed or fail. Through our innovative programming, we are building a community that brings together allies, inclusion-minded investors, and professionals in support of entrepreneurs & founders from historically excluded populations.
The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), founded in 2002, is an independent, not-for-profit organization that supports economic development through entrepreneurship. We are experts in creating and implementing small business programming in support of inclusion, supplier diversity, and economic development objectives.
