Christina works as a program assistant. She spent 10 years of her career in BPO, and customer service. She works as an operations manager and created a different action plan to drive performance and hit KPIs across all lines of business. She does freelancing for 6 months now and supported non-profit organizations in building events and projects. Christina graduated with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Marketing Management from Far Eastern University. She started her career as a restaurant marketing in the fast food industry and later on shifted to BPO. She loves to bake and built her small bakeshop business in the Philippines.
