Frank Scarola is the Director of Operations and Administration. He studied Architecture and Design at Carnegie Mellon University and strives to incorporate design methodologies into all areas of business. He has worked in project management, run a construction company and operated a consulting firm helping small businesses overcome obstacles, grow and thrive. A New Jersey native Frank grew up in and around family owned businesses making IFEL a natural fit for his entrepreneurial spirit. His passion for problem solving, systems thinking and design is a throughline in everything he does, paired with a love of learning and a diverse set of skills he is highly adaptable. An avid podcast listener his interests include behavioral economics, psychology, business and when he’s stuck in traffic “Stuff You Should Know”.
