Melanie has spent the majority of her career in corporate finance roles across multiple industries--telecommunications, media, energy, and EdTech. Over the years, she found she most enjoyed serving in a consultative role to her internal clients as their finance business partner. Her days that included training and developing talent were some of the most rewarding. She realized that she wanted to build on her passion for helping and inspiring others beyond her volunteer activities. Melanie is thrilled to have transitioned from IFEL volunteer to employee, and is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such an inspiring community of entrepreneurs, as well as all of those that support them.
