We’re excited to share highlights from our recent "Living Servant Leadership & Performance Management Training"! This fantastic workshop, hosted by IFEL at Adrienne Fudge's 40 Dreams Catering on May 16, 2025, brought ZingTrain’s expert trainers to our community for an unforgettable day of learning.
Our entrepreneurs embraced tools to “imagine your ideal future and bring it to life!” They gained invaluable insights into leadership philosophy, effective feedback, and addressing workplace challenges.
The feedback was inspiring, and we’re excited to share some direct takeaways from our participants:
Dominique Anderson (Amazing Strides) called the training "both practical and inspiring." She highlighted the “Stages of Learning a Skill for employees,” “Attitude vs. Behaviors of employees,” and “Elements of effective vision.” She plans to implement these within the next 90 days.
Andrea Harvey (Dre's Beauty Supply) learned “more about servant leadership and focusing on the success of the staff.” She plans to implement “Providing continuous feedback, understanding the difference between attitude and behavior, and the 10-4 rule” to build a strong foundation for her organization.
Dominique Young (theCoderSchool) appreciated the "small business application" of the training. She plans to implement “Stages of Learning a Skill, Performance Management Strategies, and Liked Best/Next Time,” with hopes of increasing customer and employee retention.
Stacey Cabell (Starstuff Travel, LLC) also participated as part of the IFEL cohort. She found the session impactful and is exploring how to apply the servant leadership principles within her growing travel business.
Our entrepreneurs are already putting these skills into action, anticipating “measurable improvement” (Dominique Anderson), “improved leadership” (Andrea Harvey), and a “more welcoming culture; increased accountability” (Dominique Young).
