Nicole Maddox lost her co-working office space franchise as a result of the pandemic. She spoke to CBSN's Chip Reid about her experience along with Jill Johnson, the CEO of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
IFEL CEO Jill Johnson sympathizes and discusses the need for taking time to truly digest losses. Her advice is to then move on to evaluating current assets and planning for future possibilities.
